Role Overview

As part of the Sourcing & Supply chain team, you are in charge of supplier management

Your main responsibilities are:

  • To ensure a relation of trust with all our local & international suppliers
  • To ensure full deliveries on-time & on-quality

To do that, you will:

  • Issue Purchase Order (PO) to suppliers based on the manufacturing need & on existing contract
  • You set-up relevant follow-up with supplier to ensure the order is delivered on time, on quality & in-full
  • Set-up KPI to follow supplier performance & organize audit at the supplier
  • Monitor the supplier capacity and ensure it stays coherent with our order volume
  • Ensure the ERP is up-to-date with correct qty and delivery date, using the info received by the suppliers
  • Identify day-to-day procurement issue and set-up relevant solution.
  • Escalate procurement risk
  • Act as a direct delegate of our quality department by
    • Setting-up up the relevant quality check at supplier
    • Following-up all the nonconformance on delivered parts + ensuring corrective action are implemented
  • Help the supplier in the validation of their special process
  • You have a central position in the company in interaction with: project, production, quality, industrialization

You participate in Aerospacelab’s production ramp-up

Nice to have

  • Experienced with and understanding of mechanical drawings and interpreting technical schematics.
  • Experience in automotive or space industry
  • Odoo knowledge

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain, quality or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in an industrial environment
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English
